BRUMC Youth Ministry!!

Welcome to Beaver Ridge UMC Youth ministry!! Student ministry is here to serve all students in grades 6-12.

Our mission at Beaver Ridge is to create a safe, loving and welcoming environment where you can foster your relationship with Jesus. We have a strong focus on service, and we enjoy monthly service projects as a group either in our own church, or in our community and beyond! At Beaver Ridge, we want you to learn and grow through study of the Bible, fellowship with the church and youth group, and gain fulfillment through service in our community.

All youth in grades 6-12 are invited to be a part of our youth program at Beaver Ridge.

At Beaver Ridge, we want you to feel like you are a part of the family! We want you to know that everyone is welcome, you have a safe space with us and You Belong Here! Join us!

Sundays & Wednesdays

Sunday morning and Wednesday evening classes run from August until May.

On Sundays, youth meet during the Sunday School hour from 8:45am-9:45am. During this time, lovingly called "Group Chat", we spend time catching up with one another and we have a short Bible lesson before our 10 am church worship service.

Wednesday night youth group is from 6:30pm-7:30pm, and this follows our optional Wednesday night dinner that starts at 5:45pm. We love to eat together before we head to the youth room for games, laughs and our themed Bible lesson. We have so much fun on Wednesday nights!

Service Events

We have served the church by preparing communion, cleaning out classrooms and closets and we have prepared cookies for our community firefighters, made gifts for our local nursing home and even stuffing eggs for our church Easter Egg hunt!

Fellowship Events

Our fellowship events include Main Event, Ice Bears hockey games, Oakes Farms, ice skating and more! We also plan extra things throughout the year including mystery Events.

Cool Other Stuff

Summer

The youth group at Beaver Ridge does continue to meet during the summer, but we meet for fellowship field trips as well as a mission trip! This trip varies from summer to summer but it's always so rewarding!
