Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church held during the fall and a great way to bring people together.

• Donations will be accepted online beginning Wed. Oct. 2 at 4 PM. Instructions* on how to enter your donations will appear when you first enter the Church website Beaver Ridge United Methodist Church.
There will be in-person HELP sessions on Wednesdays Oct. 2,16 and 23 in the Ed. Bldg. from 4-6 PM if you would like. You can even bring your laptop.

• The HOEDOWN will be Wednesday Nov. 13 at 5-7 PM. Dinner, smores, music and more…all outdoors at the FLC. All are invited. Make reservations. Donations will be accepted but not required. Church T-shirts will be sold!

• The ONLINE AUCTION Bidding will begin Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 5 PM. Please see instructions* above to Bid. The Bidding will close Saturday, Nov. 16 at 9 PM. For any NO BID items, the Bidding will REOPEN on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 11 AM. Again, please see instructions* for Bidding on these items. The Bidding will close on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 9 pm.

• AFTER THE AUCTION procedures are listed in the instructions*. Pick up arrangements will
be made between the donor and buyer.

This AUCTION was created in the spirit of fun, fellowship, helping the church, love,
connecting our hearts and lives not only to other people but also our community, and
trying something new and different. Come join in and see what happens!!! How can
